Gerard Conte
Social Growth Packages

Package concepts for growing Gerard's audience, driving traffic to gerardconte.com, and turning fans into print sales and commissions. High level by design: pricing shown as ranges so there is room to shape this together before anything goes to Gerard.

Step one, for every package: Setup & Strategy

A one-time flat fee that answers "where should I be, what do I say, to whom, and how often." Everything below builds on this.

One-time flat fee

Setup & Strategy

$1,500–$2,000
Delivered in the first 2–3 weeks. Required before any retainer begins.
Not included at this fee: content calendars, cadence plans, and ongoing strategy. Those begin with a monthly retainer.
Lane check: this scope is social media only

Nothing here touches Escape Velocity's territory. Website, CMS and content publishing, email templates and campaign sends, SEO, and project management all stay with Escape Velocity. We plug into that work and coordinate with it; we never duplicate it.

Then pick a speed

Foundation is hourly guidance while Gerard runs his own socials. The monthly tiers add firepower on top of it, and each tier includes everything in the tier before it.

Package A

The Foundation

The strategy stays warm. Guidance and oversight while he runs his own socials.
$300 / hour
2-hour monthly minimum
  • His social accounts connected to our analytics dashboard, with monthly reports emailed to him automatically
  • Our team keeps an eye on his progress against the strategy we handed off
  • Two check-in calls per month (1 hour each) for strategy and guidance
  • More hours available whenever he needs extra support
Package C

Full Throttle

Prove the money. Sales tracked to the dollar plus a pipeline for commissions.
$1,800–$2,500 / month
Ad spend to be discussed with client; we manage up to $1,000/mo
  • Everything in The Fanbase, plus:
  • End-to-end sales tracking: when an ad click turns into a print or merch sale, we see it. Every month he sees exactly what the ads earned next to what they cost, proof the social is paying for itself
  • B2B commission pipeline: we build a verified list of the actual people who hire artists (art directors, publishers, and game studios across comics and gaming), then run Instagram and LinkedIn ads shown only to that list, putting his portfolio directly in front of the people who commission work
Package D

Autopilot

The full handoff. He makes the art; we run everything else.
$4,000 / month
Ad spend to be discussed with client; we manage up to $2,500/mo
  • Everything in Full Throttle, plus:
  • We take over the organic posting entirely: calendar, captions, scheduling, deployment
  • We respond to DMs and comments in his voice
  • He only oversees the work: our review-and-approve tool lets him sign off on posts before they go live
  • Most clients approve posts in the beginning, then hand us the keys for full autopilot

What we can't nail down yet

Only four things really move the numbers. Everything else gets answered inside the one-time Setup & Strategy discovery.

What's the real priority: print sales, audience growth, or commissions?

Each points to a different mix. Sales-first means conversion and store focus; audience-first means slower organic build; commissions-first makes the B2B pipeline the star.

Appetite and budget for paid advertising, now or later?

He mentioned wanting the social to pay for itself. Ads are the fastest route there, but only if he is comfortable with even a small monthly spend.

Is the goal to stay a side project or build toward full-time?

If he'd flip to full-time given enough commissions, the B2B commission pipeline moves way up the priority list.

How deep is the content backlog, and in what formats?

He likely has a queue of sketches and finished work. Knowing volume and formats tells us how much runway we have before he needs to create net-new content.

Assumptions & notes

1. All figures are estimates based on what we know today and will be firmed up after discovery and the open questions above.

2. Who does what depends on the package chosen. Through Full Throttle, Gerard supplies creative assets and copy and runs his own organic posting; at Autopilot, he hands us the art and we take it from there.

3. Ad spend is separate from all fees, paid directly by the client, and discussed and agreed together before anything launches. Managed ad spend scales with the package: up to $500/mo at The Fanbase, $1,000/mo at Full Throttle, and $2,500/mo at Autopilot.

4. Monthly retainers assume a six-month initial term and can step up or down at any quarterly review. The Foundation package is hourly with a two-hour monthly minimum instead.

5. This engagement runs white-label under Escape Velocity; all client-facing materials will be reskinned accordingly.

6. Add-ons available under a separate scope: store and ecommerce optimization, merch expansion (stickers, pins, apparel), event or pop-up activations, and net-new platform builds beyond the recommendations.

7. Outcomes related to audience growth, engagement, sales, or commissions are not guaranteed and vary with content volume, consistency, and external factors.

8. A full scope of work, contract, and terms will be provided for review before any engagement begins.
